Our virtual internal portal

We have an indigenously developed proprietary web application called “Virtual Internal Portal” that enables our clients to manage their case files collectively and individually. It also helps our team manage information flow and processes in an accurate manner.

What does “Virtual Internal Portal” achieve?

The short form of our “Virtual Internal Portal” is VIP and it has been designed and developed for Interaxic Management Services Private Ltd. As the name suggests, it has been designed to help us manage our processes internally. Every client gets a user account. Through the user account, the client can access the main dashboard. Once logging in, the client can access the following sections:

  • Dashboard
  • Import files
  • Manage Employees
  • Profile Update

Every investigation, every employee who is being investigated, belongs to a file. So, the total employees being verified means the total number of files being verified. In the dashboard, the client can see the total files he or she has submitted, the files that are pending (still being verified), total verified files, total number of employees, and the number of reports received.

The Import Files module enables the client to upload new files and sort them according to the name or the date of upload.

The Manage Employees section enables the client to search for all the cases that have been listed. The details of individual cases can be accessed as well as the complete list of the cases that can be sorted according to the preference of the client.

In the Profile Update section, the client can update his or her login details such as username and password, as well as manage other details of the profile.

VIP is a multiplatform web-based software application that can be used on Mac OS, Windows as well as Linux. Aside from computers and laptops it can also be used on smartphones.

Over a period and organization may get hundreds of employees verified. Managing their status may be an uphill task if there is no centralized mechanism to track individual cases. This is what VIP achieves both for Interaxic as well as our clients. There is a central database that tracks the number of files submitted, the number of files being verified, the number of files that are already verified, and a bird’s eye view of all the information that is submitted and obtained by the client.
